Delivery Policy
At FURNiLE, we make every effort to deliver your orders safely and on time, while maintaining high-quality packaging and ensuring your products arrive in perfect condition.
🚚 1. Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 8 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

In certain cases, or during high-demand periods, delivery might take slightly longer. Our team will contact you if any delay occurs.
🏠 2. Delivery Areas

Delivery service is currently available only within Cairo and Giza.

We do not offer delivery to other governorates at the moment.
💰 3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fee within Cairo: EGP 300
-
Delivery fee within Giza: EGP 400
-
The mentioned fees include delivery up to the building entrance or doorstep.
Note:
For deliveries to floors above the third floor, an additional fee of EGP 20 to EGP 30 may apply, depending on the weight and nature of the product.
No extra fee applies for lightweight products or items that are easy to carry.
📦 4. Order Receiving

Please inspect your product upon delivery and ensure it is in good condition before the delivery agent leaves.

If there is any damage or mistake in the order, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Once the customer signs the delivery receipt confirming the product is received in good condition, any later damage claims will not be accepted, except as per our Refund Policy.
⚠️ 5. Important Notes

If the customer fails to receive the order at the agreed time or does not respond to the delivery agent multiple times, FURNiLE reserves the right to cancel the order or reschedule delivery with additional fees.

Delivery times may be affected by official holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
