At FURNiLE, we always strive for customer satisfaction and a smooth shopping experience. Below is our clear and flexible return & refund policy:
1. Timeframe
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order, provided the product is in the same condition as when delivered.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

The product arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

You received a different product than the one ordered.

The product has not been assembled or used.
Note: Customized items or products that have been assembled/used cannot be returned.
3. Refund Process & Timing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be issued within 7 to 14 business days using the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or electronic wallet after deducting any applicable shipping fees (if relevant).
4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), we cover all return shipping costs.

For other cases (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.
5. Important Notes

The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Items purchased in special promotions (e.g., Black Friday deals) are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Returns are not accepted after the 14-day period from delivery.
